Instructions for purchasing photos:
Browse the photo collection at mentzart.com.
Click on the picture you want to buy.
Click the “Add to Cart” button to add the photo to your cart.
Check the contents of the basket and click “Proceed to checkout”.
Enter your billing and payment information and select your preferred payment method.
Complete the payment process.
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your purchased photo.

1. What types of photographs are available in the Store?
The mentzart.com Store offers a wide range of digital photographs, taken by the author, Pavel Mentz. Here you will find mainly still lifes inspired by Flemish and Dutch oil painting.
2. Can I use a purchased photo on my website?
Yes, you can put the purchased photo on the website. You can use the whole photo or its frame. Because the photo has been previously prepared for high printing requirements, the file is large, so before placing it on the website, remember to optimize the graphic file with the appropriate resolution, suggested 72 dpi.
3. Can I print the purchased photo on canvas?
Yes, you can easily print the purchased photo on canvas, obtaining the effect of an oil painting or any other material according to the possibilities of the printing house of your choice.
4. Can I make a modification to the purchased photo?
You may modify purchased Digital Photos to suit your creative requirements, provided that the modifications do not infringe the author’s intellectual property rights as described in the License Agreement
5. What formats and sizes are the photographs available for download?
All photographs are available for download in JPG format with a resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch). This ensures high-quality images suitable for various uses, including printing.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through various payment gateways, such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc. Choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
7. Will I receive an invoice for the purchased photographs?
Yes, the seller issues invoices for the purchased photographs. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase process.
8. Are the photographs subject to any license?
Yes, all photographs available in the Store are subject to a Creative Commons or other licenses granted by the author. License details can be found in Section V – Photograph License in our Terms and Conditions.
9. Can I return a purchased photograph?
The Store does not accept returns of purchased photographs unless they are defective or not as described. If you encounter any issues, please contact us to resolve the matter.

Limitations on using purchased photographs are specified in the license terms. Please comply with these restrictions to avoid copyright infringement.
11. Does the Author accept orders for photographs on specific themes or formats?
The Author may consider orders for photographs on specific themes or formats. Please contact customer support for more information on this matter.
12. Will the purchased photos contain the watermarks visible in the previews?
No, purchased photo files will have no watermarks, logos, etc.
